Discussion #2

In the video 2.1, visualization, relabeling, and relaxation are ways to manage anxiety. I learned that staying calm while presenting, it would help to present with less fear. Breathing is also a process of inhaling and exhaling that can release tension that may stress out my body. In 2.2, I learned there are certain ways that I can overcome my nervousness such as locating my weak points and develop them so they can become my strong points. I also learned that giving gestures and hand movements such as how in the video "Intro Jessica" was shown. Jessica also gave a lot of eye contacts with the audiences. I hope in the future, I will be able to use these handy tips when I present.
